I’ve been a patient of Del Smith since he took over the store several years ago.  My hearing is tested annually, aids are cleaned and checked semi annually.  During the semi annual review we discuss any issues with hearing and adjustments to the volume and frequency are made.  During one of my hearing tests Del noted a difference from prior tests and referred me to Dr. Alonso who ordered a specific test which verified my ear was normal.  I have complete trust that Del cares about the quality of my hearing, hence the 5 star review.
